Aooiime COVID-19 Response
The COVID-19 outbreak has impacted everyone in some way. At Aooiime, we care deeply about the health and safety of our employees and customers and making sure that they are as safe as possible.
As a business, we have already created a work-from-home environment for our office employees and implemented elevated health standards in our warehouse.
Some of the elevated health standards in our warehouse include:
- 4sqm space for staff
- No-touch Parcel (gloves will be worn and items will remain in their plastic)
- Hands will be regularly washed by our staff
- The warehouse will be cleaned hourly
- All new stock will be quarantined for 2 days
We are continuing to ship all orders without delay and process returns with a 2-day quarantine period to protect our staff. All domestic orders will be shipped and delivered without delay.
Delays in Orders Delivery due to COVID-19
We experienced a significant increase in online orders and we have been working at the highest capacity possible to ensure we are safely processing and delivering orders. However, our local delivery partners like USPS or DHL are experiencing unprecedented volume increased and limited employee availability due to the impacts of COVID-19. We estimated there will be 3 to 5 days delay for them to deliver your orders. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
◆ We ship from the U.S., the DE or China depends on your destination countries and item stock status.
◆ We cover the import duty for your purchases, if you has been charged for import duty, please email us first before paying for the duty.
◆ Delivery Time = 1-5 business days processing time + Shipping time. You could get the shipping option/carrier with shipping rate and delivery time when you check out.
◆ If you selected free shipping, please allow sufficient time with free shipping option if you need your order for events on specific date.
◆ Tracking link of your shipment will be sent to you via email once your order has been shipped.
◆ You could cancel your order before we ship out your order.
We do not ship orders on Saturday, Sunday, or Holidays.
Although we use all reasonable means to ensure that your order is delivered within a specified time, we cannot accept any responsibility for late deliveries due to circumstances outside of our control. We will do our best to inform you of any unexpected delay.
Free Shipping and Regular Shipping do not guarantee delivery time and it is subjected to delay due to customs clearance especially during holiday.
US Post is, however, experiencing some international delays due to Coronavirus. We ask that international customers please allow extra time for delivery during this time.
We will update our website if anything changes or if you should expect any delays.
