The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:
Total Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time
It typically takes about 7-15 business days to deliver your item to main cities around the world (except remote countries and regions).

Shipping method
- We will ship by International packages/EMS/DHL/UPS/TNT, or we will shipping by the sea, if the order cubage is more than 1 stere, that depending on the area you live in.
Shipping & delivery time
- After you place an order, we will check your order first and get the items we have stock ready for you first. So that after you pay, and we will send it to you within 1-3 working day.
- General it takes 5-10 working days to all the world by UPS, and, it takes 7-12 working days by EMS (except Russia), and takes 7-10 working days by TNT/DHL, depending on the area you live in. It typically takes about 7-15 business days to deliver your item to main cities around the world.
- Package maybe delay because of the shortage of goods. It usually take 3-15 days to replenish the stock. We will send email to you once the item is out of stock, and no processes will done until your reply. We can offer exchange or cancel service for you according your will.
Processing Time
What is the processing time?
The item's processing time is the time from receiving your order to physically dispatching it. After receiving your order, we conduct rigorous Quality Control checks and tests in order to ensure the product's quality prior to shipment to meet your satisfaction. This can involve detailed in-house checks: e.g. material quality, zippers, seams, embellishments and motifs, interiors, lining, etc. The total processing time varies depending on the complexity, design and size of the specific product or article. Larger orders will naturally take longer. It normally takes within 24 hours of day for us to process your order. However, please note that the processing time can also be affected by the stock status of individual items, the time of the year, national holidays, etc. If your order includes very popular items that are experiencing stock availability issues, then the order can take 1-5 days to process and dispatch.
